Please fill out Player Registration Form at the link below. Payment (credit card or Visa debit) is fully online and no cash/cheques can
be accepted. Registration form will only be accepted if payment is approved.

For multiple kids in one family signing up, please fill out a separate registration form per child.
Registration is open from Sunday, February 15, 2026 until Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Anyone reinstating after Tuesday, March 31, 2026 will need to send an email to Dave Warren.
If teams have room for additional players, we can accept the registered player but not guaranteed.
Each team will consist of 12-13 players. If we have more than 13 players sign up for one
team,
the child may go on waitlist to create another team or move other players around.
